terrific lodging experience
helpful staff modern decor comfortable retreat city views
the staff was excellent and quite helpful . they handled sightseeing tour bookings including airport transportation efficiently. the room itself featured modern decor, and the breakfast each morning presented good city views. i also found the front desk team readily available for inquiries or luggage assistance, contributing to a seamless experience.
there was a slight noise issue due to the bustling street activity, though it subsided later in the evening.

The location was convenient. It was within walking distance of Taksim. The staff was helpful. They assisted us promptly with our requests.
The bathroom door did not close. the shower drain was faulty. The bathroom floor flooded when showering.
